POSITION: Decor Crew Supervisor

TF Event Co. is looking for a reliable and experienced Decor Crew Supervisor to lead our team for the Seattle Christmas Market this season!
You’ll be overseeing the setup and strike of our beautiful holiday installations at Seattle Center, ensuring the team works efficiently and safely, and helping bring this magical event to life. This is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, lead a great team, and be part of one of Seattle’s most festive events!
Dates:
✨ Set Up: November 12–19
✨ Strike: December 26–29
(Shifts are 10 hours per day)
Rate:
💰 Starting at $28+/hour (depending on experience)
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in events, construction, or decor
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors and standing for long periods
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage and coordinate a team on site
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous event or Christmas market experience is a plus!
