Our Professional Services Department has an outstanding opportunity for a technical support position.

Mission of the position:
* Provide all levels of repair, help-desk services for PC.
* On-site installation of business computers.
* Desktop and Laptop repair.
* Provide training and technical support over the phone.
* TCP/IP configurations.
* Server(s) maintenance.
* Networking fundamentals.
Results to be achieved:
* Accurately and completely perform all assigned tasks as specified by order and/or customer’s specific instructions.
* Meet or exceed all time requirements for order processing.
* Require minimal supervision.
* Maintain 100% accuracy for all configuration orders. Accuracy will be defined as proper completion of orders following customer specified standards or industry standards.
* Ensure customer satisfaction levels 100% of the time.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of computer science study.
* Strong skills in computer repair standards down to the component field.
* Strong knowledge on computer peripherals (Printers, Modems, Routers)
* Familiar with Microsoft Operating Systems.
* Have strong, analytical problem solving skills.
* Have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
