I do wish someone would come up with more gender inclusive term for journeyman, but yes, it was the title that got me
I worked in employment law and as a recruiter for years, so hyper sensitive to job listings that discriminate on any basis
also a big supporter of women in the trades

WSBKeymaster“Lead Man” is a trade term. Separate from that, I am contacting the OP because this does not state the company’s name nor verify that the work is in West Seattle, which are prerequisites for listing here.
